Emergency & Urgent Care
We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, and that it is a very stressful time for you and your pet. If your pet needs emergency care:
- Please first try calling your regular veterinarian to see if they can accommodate you.
- Call before heading in- Our staff will be able to advise you on whether or not we will be able to accommodate you and your pet, or if a referral to another Emergency Facility is necessary.
For after hour emergencies please call (660) 747-5162. Please listen carefully as our after hour emergency hours have changed. If you are a current client or active military with an emergency you may call the on-call doctor up until 9 pm. After-hour emergency fees will apply. For all other emergencies between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. please contact Blue Pearl Emergency Clinic at (816) 554-4990.
For any non-client equine emergencies, please call (573) 882-4589.
We appreciate your respectful use of emergency calls for true emergencies only. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion.
Non-emergent or chronic health issues will be deferred until regular business hours.
